Global Issues Convention 2024

The members of all the research units convened in Hanover, Germany, to meet the participants of research projects funded under the program "Global Issues – Integrating Different Perspectives", consisting of the three funding initiatives ‘Preventing Pandemics: the Role of Human-Environmental Interactions’, ‘Mobility – Global Medicine and Health Research’ and ‘Integrating Different Perspectives on Heritage and Change’.

Through workshops and presentations, the convention offered a rare opportunity of intense methodological, ethical and theoretical exchange and exploratory collaboration between heterogeneous disciplines in the fields of social, human and medical sciences.
